We collect information directly from you (e.g., forms, emails), automatically (cookies, pixels, SDKs, server logs), and from service providers/partners such as analytics, ad platforms, and lead partners.

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Services.

  • Analyze usage and develop new offerings.

  • Comply with law, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.

3) Cookies, Pixels & Similar Tech

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and SDKs to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and deliver/measure ads. You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies; doing so may affect certain features. Where required by law, we will request your consent.

  • Advertising/measurement partners to deliver and evaluate campaigns.

  • Professional advisors and legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights.

  • Corporate transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, or asset sale).

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” or “sell” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under certain state laws (e.g., California). See “Your Privacy Rights” for opt-out options.

5) Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Typical retention for marketing contacts is up to 3 years from last interaction, unless you opt out sooner.

6) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Children’s Privacy
